From 95 - heading SOUTH:

95 SOUTH to Key Highway Exit (#55). Follow ramp down to 1st light (Key Highway). Go straight at the light (you will be on E. McComas St.) . Follow about ½ mile to next light (Hanover St.). Go straight at the light. Follow for 200 yards and you will run into Swann Park.

From 95 - heading NORTH:

95 NORTH past the 395 Exit to the next exit - Hanover Street. As you are getting off the ramp you will see the fields on your right. STAY RIGHT and follow road around to the light (you will be turning back on to Hanover St.). Turn left at the light (back on to Hanover St.). Go to the 1st light and make a left ( W. McComas St.). Follow 200 yards and you will run into Swann Park.

From 395 - heading NORTH:

Take 395 NORTH (New York) to 95 NORTH.  As 395-N merges with 95-N, stay right and in the merge lane, and get off at the 1st exit - HANOVER ST.  As you merge onto 95-N, you will see the fields on your right.  As you get off on Hanover St.,  STAY RIGHT and follow road around to the light (you will be turning back on to Hanover St.). Turn left at the light (back on to Hanover St.). Go to the 1st light and make a left ( W. McComas St.). Follow 200 yards and you will run into Swann Park.
